Beschreibung

  • ermöglicht das effiziente Reinigen von Injektorschächten, Injektorbohrungen in Zylinderköpfen und Injektor-Sitzflächen
  • für viele Fahrzeuge geeignet
  • universell einsetzbar
  • mit diesem Satz lassen sich die schwer erreichbaren Löcher im Motor gut und effizient reinigen und so eine gute Abdichtung erreichen
  • der Austritt von Verbrennungsgasen durch schlecht sitzende Injektoren beeinträchtigen die Motorleistung
  • zum Antrieb eignen sich am besten eine drehzahlgeregelte leichte Akku-Bohrmaschine

Lieferumfang:

  • 3 x Stahldrahtbürsten - messingbeschichtet zur Entfernung von Verbrennungsrückständen an Schächten für das Injektorgehäuse
  • 2 x Silikon-Nylonbürsten - zum Reinigen von Injektor-Sitzflächen im Zylinderkopf, geben dem Injektorsitz eine glatte Oberfläche
  • 1 x Verlängerung mit Schnellspannfutter für Bürsten
  • 6 x Injektorschacht-Verschlussstopfen zum Abdichten der Brennkammer beim Reinigungsvorgang
  • 1 x Montage-/ Demontage-Stab zum Einsetzen / Entfernen der Verschlussstopfen
  • 1 x Stahldrahtbürste zum Reinigen von Düsenbohrungen im Zylinderkopf

HINWEIS - TIP:

  • zum Einsetzen des Verschlußstopfens MUSS der Dichtring, der unterhalb der Einspritzdüse sitzt, herausgenommen werden
  • zum Herausziehen dieses Ringes empfehlen wir das Werkzeug BGS 62630 Auszieher für Injektor Dichtring Kupferring Einspritzdüsen
