BGS 8037 CO2 Lecktester Leckagetester Zylinderkopf Dichtigkeits Prüfgerät

Beschreibung:

  • mit diesem CO2-Lecktester Satz kann das Vorhandensein von kleinsten Lecks und Undichtheiten im Verbrennungssystem von Benzin-, Diesel-, Gasmotoren aufgespürt werden.
  • Das Wirkprinzip beruht auf einem Farbumschlag der Testflüssigkeit von blau über grün nach gelb bei vorhandenem CO2 (Kohlendioxid) in der Kühlwasserflüssigkeit.
  • Tritt CO2 aus der motorischen Verbrennung in den Kühlwasserbereich über und wird dort mittels dieses "feinfühligen" Leckagetester nachgewiesen, ist von einem Schaden im Motor auszugehen.
  • Diese kann eine defekte Zylinderkopfdichtung, ein Haarrisse im Motorblock oder eine defekte Dichtung der Zylinderlaufbuchse sein
  • Der Leckagetester hat einen konischen Stopfen, der direkt auf den Kühlwasserausgleichbehälter gesetzt werden kann.
  • Alternativ für besserer Messergenisse kann er auch am Kühler angeschlossen werden (für Werkstätten zu empehlen)
  • Hierzu empfehlen wir folgenden Adaptersatz

  • die Prüfflüssigkeit kann nach dem Test wieder zurückgewonnen werden und wieder verwendet werden
