Beschreibung:

  • Ein Präzisionswerkzeug für Feinmechanik und Modellbau
  • zum Einpressen, Ausdrücken, Nieten, Prägen, Kanten, Biegen von Drähten und Blech
  • Treiben und Sicken von weichzähen Materialien
  • mit 5 zylindrischen Stempeln (oberflächengehärtet), die mittels Rändelschraube in der Zahnstange fixiert werden mit Ø 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 und 8mm
  • dazu je ein Halbkugelprofil Ø 3 und Ø 9 mm und ein 90° Kantprisma zum Biegen von Blechwinkeln
  • Das Gegenstück ist eine leicht justierbare, gehärtete Revolverplatte mit allen erforderlichen Bohrungen und Matrizen für die oben erwähnten Stempel
  • Presskraft ca. 1.000 N (100 kg).
  • Maximalhub der Zahnstange mit eingesetztem Stempel 65 mm, über Revolverplatte 50 mm.
  • Massiver Stahlausleger mit 120 mm Ausladung.
  • Geschliffene Grundplatte aus Stahl, 80 x 190 mm mit einer 8mm Zentrums- und zwei Befestigungsbohrungen
  • Durchmesser der Werkstückaufnahme: Ø6mm

HINWEIS:

  • diese Presse ist NICHT zum Ausstanzen bzw Stanzarbeiten geeignet
  • der Pressbolzen kann nicht dauerhaft in der untersten Stellung fixiert werden - meint: diese Presse ist nicht geeignet, um Werkstücke eine längere Zeit unter dem Pressbolzen festzuklemmen
  • die Druckstange ist nicht hohlgebohrt und hat einen Aussendurchmesser von Ø12mm
