Beschreibung:

  • Die 4. Achse zur PROXXON-Feinfräse FF 500/CNC
  • für perfekte 3D-Bearbeitung
  • zur Einzel- oder Kleinserienfertigung
  • zum Herstellen von Teilungen, Zahnrädern, Schrägverzahnungen, Schneckenspindeln und (auch unregelmäßigen) Profilen
  • alle Winkelpositionen können computergesteuert angefahren werden.
  • problemloser horizontaler und vertikaler Aufbau. Antrieb über kräftigen Schrittmotor (2,0 A) mittels Zahnriemen und nahezu spielfrei einstellbarem Schneckengetriebe.
  • das hohe Untersetzungsverhältnis (40:1) bringt enormes Drehmoment.
  • kleinste Schrittweite 0,003°.
  • erkennen der Referenzposition durch eine Lichtschranke.
  • Hauptspindel mit 14mm-Bohrung und Flansch für Planscheibe sowie alle Drehfutter aus dem Drehmaschinensystem PD 400
  • im Lieferumfang sind die Befestigungsteile für die stehende und liegende Befestigung auf dem Kreuztisch enthalten

Hinweis zum Lieferumfang:

  • Spannfutter und Werkstück gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang
  • zum Spannen von Werkstücken können folgende Futter verwendet werden:
    • PROXXON 24407 3 Backenfutter, zentrisch spannend
    • PROXXON 24410 4 Backenfutter, einzeln verstellbare Backen
    • PROXXON 24408 4 Backenfutter, zentrisch spannende Backen
    • PROXXON 24412 Planscheibe mit Spannpratzen
    • PROXXON 24419 Spannzangeneinrichtung mit 10 Spannzangen

Hinweis zur Software (ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten!)

  • Die 4. Achse ist in der Software der Fräse FF 500/CNC implementiert!
  • Die Steuerung (Hardware-seitig) ist jedoch erst ab Lieferung September 2009 (ab Serien-Nr. 223-Fräsen) mit einer Treiberstufe ausgerüstet.
